Unlike commercially available beef today RMCC’s grass-fed beef are lean, delicious, flavorful and reasonably priced. Our beef is locally packaged, dry-aged for 14 days and inspected under the Arizona Department of Agricultural regulations.

The flavor, look, smell, and texture of our Whittet Kikuyu* grass-fed beef differs slightly from grain-fed beef. So it may be necessary to have to learn to like grass-fed beef. But many enjoy it immediately because it actually tastes like beef is supposed to taste. Others will gladly learn to like it simply because it does their body good.

* Whittet Kikuyu grass is a salt tolerant, dominant specie, warm season, perennial grass adapted to irrigated areas of the lower deserts of Arizona. It is a deep routed, sod forming grass, spread by seed. Whittet Kikuyu is drought tolerant grass that produces dense turf with many advantages over Bermuda grass.
